This is for up to one hour of remote connection with customer, fixing computer issue they are experiencing. You will need a stable internet connection and the computer must be able to get online.
This service does not include cost for any additional computer parts, paid software, or anything not fixable due to bad hardware. Multiple quantities will be required if longer than 1 hour.
